Salvador, also called "Chamba", started working for AMP in 2017. After he got his degree in Business Administration, he completed his M.B.A. at EUDE Business School and a postgraduate in Strategic Management. His first job in Aerospace was in 2002 working for American Airlines at SAL airport from where he moved and started his experience in Supply Chain working for Maersk in 2008 as Equipment Coordinator and Customer Service Rep. In 2010 moved to Hanesbrands El Salvador where he stayed for 7 years and grew from his starting position as Material Planner to Regional Category Manager In 2012, 2014 as Planning and Logistics Manager and in 2016 as Country Logistics Manager. Since he joined AMP, he started as Vendor Manager administrating supplier´s accounts, also helped with systems integration implementations prior to start the roll of Sourcing Manager in Operations area in charge of purchasing, billing and inventories. Since May 2022, changed to a new roll, making sure new customers are well integrated to AMP operations as Customer Implementation Manager. Chamba´s a big fan of sports, plays soccer and baseball since he was a child and loves to spend time with family and friends. He currently lives in San Salvador.
