I’m Rodolfo Canizalez, born in San Salvador – El Salvador, Industrial engineer with 8 years of experience in Supply chain.   I began my carrier in the retail world in 2014 in a future leader program within Unilever, that step allowed me to learn and know different company areas in customer development, finance, customer service and project management. After that I had a 2 year run in logistics where I had the opportunity to lead the whole operation in Costa Rica, managing the warehouse for local supply chain and also the exports logistic team. Then I had a new opportunity in regional demand planning where I was in the Foods business category for 2 years and where it later, I had the opportunity to manage the whole planning team for Central America, taking responsibility for the demand and the supply planning for 3 Factories in the region as planning manager.   In 2022 I decided to make a tremendous jump to the aeronautics world, at the front of AMP operations team as Operations Manager. Decided to break paradigms and to help AMP do what it is destined to achieve, a worldwide reference in the market.   I love music, especially rock and hip hop, practicing sports and enjoying outdoor activities.
