Mike began his career in 1994 working for Singapore Technologies (VT MAE) in Mobile, Al where he spent nearly 20 years in materials management in various leadership roles supporting aircraft maintenance & modifications, manufacturing and kitting. During his time at MAE, he successfully implemented technologies focused on automated point of use systems as well as a centralized warehousing system to support over two million manhours of aircraft maintenance. In 2012, Mike was recruited to join the leadership team at Flightstar Aircraft Services in Jacksonville, Florida as Director of Materials. During his time at Flightstar he was tasked with developing processes and procedures which help to transform Flightstar from a local Mom & Pop shop into a reputable MRO & modifications company servicing numerous major airlines and STC firms. After Flightstar was purchased by MRO Holdings (MROH) in 2016, Mike was recruited to join the corporate management team at MROH as the Director of Supply Chain.  During his time at MROH, he was responsible for centralizing the back-office supply chain functions of its four MRO’s leveraging technology and metrics to drive synergies to support over 70 lines of aircraft maintenance.    After 4 years at MROH, Mike joined the leadership team at AMP in 2020 where he is currently the Vice President of Supplier Alliances. With a keen focus on relationship building and partnering, Mike and his team are tasked with building out a supplier base that focuses on automated catalog quoting and order fulfillment to capture opportunities which create mutually beneficial conditions for Buyer & Supplier.
