JT began his aerospace career in 1997 after graduating with a business degree from Oklahoma State University.  His first job was managing thousands of hardware bins onsite at a Boeing manufacturing plant for Tri-Star Aerospace in Tulsa, OK.  This was his first experience with just-in-time (JIT) material solutions.  In 1998, JT was recruited into sales for the NORDAM Group and spent several years working within multiple divisions of NORDAM selling exotic metal, sheet metal, and composite component repairs.  In 2003, he accepted the role of Director of Regional Sales for Aerotron Airpower in LaGrange, GA, selling hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical component repairs.  In 2008, he took the position of Director of North American Sales for AMETEK MRO in Tulsa, OK. He led a sales team providing repair and overhaul solutions of heat transfer, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical components.  Starting in 2011, JT spent ten years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing as well as Vice President / General Manager for Applied Aerodynamics in Dallas, TX.  He has served as the Vice President of Business Development for Airline MRO Parts (AMP) since July 2020, providing automated C&E material procurement solutions to the aerospace Industry.
